Managing your Business WordPress Website

COURSE DESCRIPTION

WordPress is a free and open source blogging tool and a content-management system (CMS). WordPress is the most popular blogging platform and is used by more than 32% of all websites globally.

This introductory course is designed to introduce you to WordPress, to understand how it works and how you can take over management, update and maintain your existing website.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is designed for business owners who require the proficiency to take over the content management of their WordPress website.

PREREQUISITES

Learners should be proficient at the use of word processing packages (typing, editing and formatting text) and have a basic knowledge of handling image files (saving, copying and resizing). No programming necessary!

Learners should have administrative access to an existing WordPress website.

On completion of this course, participants will have gained the necessary proficiency to take full control of the content management of a WordPress developed site:
